Academy Attire was founded by Jennifer Townsend, a busy mother of 4 children. While shopping for school uniforms for her children, Jennifer soon realized how frustrating of an experience school shopping for uniforms was. Each brand seemed to fit differently, it was impossible to feel the quality of fabric from an out-of-state online vendor, returns were costly and time consuming, stores that did carry uniforms stopped carrying them in August, etc… Jennifer thought that parents deserved a better system. Using her Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising from Brigham Young University and from years of experience in the retail industry, a solution was created. Academy Attire was established with one goal in mind: to help parents and schools find a better, more convenient way to purchase quality uniforms, with style and variety, yet at a competitive price.

Return Policy
Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
There are two ways to return an item:

2) Mail it with your receipt by using the return shipping information provided here 3) or you may contact us to find out when we might be at your school in order to exchange your item(s) . Ship via insured mail or carrier. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless item is manufacturer defective when shipped. If you would like to make an exchange, please refer to the sizing charts to assure proper fit and note "exchange" on the return label.
